The Brief

We’d been working with Be My Bear for a number of years after we help them transition away from CS-Cart to Magento which saw huge improvements and healthier sales. Fast forward and it’s time to migrate to Magento 2, which gave us the perfect opportunity to revisit the websites look and feel and build it around the customers.

The team wanted to stand out from the crowd with a website that was all about their customers, built for them with loyalty sewn in and 3rd part integrations with their warehouse management system StoreFeeder.

All of this was aimed at providing a slicker, faster and personalised service whilst making it easier to manage.

Our Answer

Through extensive wire-framing and design sprints we came up with a look and feel that encapsulated the brand and engaged their visitors using bright colours, big imagery and clear calls to action.

The build side saw a number of new features that allowed Be My Bear to control downloadable party packs, develop deeper loyalty and even run site promotions with ease across both their direct to consumer and business to business storefronts.

The Result

Within a few weeks the results were clear, whilst site traffic was down thanks to an on-going pandemic conversion rates have soared along with a huge decrease in new visitors leaving the site early.

Coupled with a superfast load times, integrated social media, a streamlined abandoned cart campaign and a fresh new look their websites are doing better than ever.
