From “fix this” to “what do we scale next?”
We’re an Adobe Commerce, Magento and Shopify agency. Everything on this page is done by the same small team, from the strategy and design to the build, the Hyvä work, and the CRO and support once you’re live. Most of the brands we work with turn over £2m or more online. There’s usually someone who owns the eCommerce number and wants a specialist alongside them.
They tend to arrive at the “we need to fix this” stage. The site’s slow, tests keep coming back flat, or the last agency promised more than it delivered. Our job is to get you to the point where you’re asking whether the warehouse can keep up, or who you need to hire next.
We work with brands all over the UK. If you’re nearer to home, we’re a Manchester eCommerce agency right next to Piccadilly station, and the North West is home turf.
The NNP Workshop, from £3,200
Most of our projects start here. We go through your site, your analytics and your customer journey, and find where you’re losing orders. Then we send you a video walkthrough of what to fix and in what order, from changes you can make this week to the bigger moves.
We watch session recordings to see where people drop out, check how the site behaves on a phone, and compare you with the competitors your customers are weighing you against. Each fix comes with an estimated return, so you can see which ones pay for themselves first.
If you go on to work with us, half the fee comes off the project. And if the answer is that you don’t need a new site, the walkthrough will say so.
eCommerce Strategy That Drives The Build
Before we write a line of code, we work out how your customers actually shop: what they search for, where they drop out, which competitors they’re comparing you with and what brings them back. That becomes a roadmap tying the platform, the features and the launch date to your revenue target, so every decision in the build has a reason behind it.
It’s also where we’ll tell you if you don’t need a replatform. We don’t chase big rebuilds for the sake of it, and if fixing what you’ve got gets you further for less, that’s what the roadmap says.
Our Partners

eCommerce Development
We build on Magento 2, Adobe Commerce and Shopify, and which one you need depends on how you sell. If your catalogue is complex, you run more than one storefront or you sell to trade on different pricing, Magento or Adobe Commerce has the depth for it. If you want to launch quickly and change things often without waiting on a development queue, Shopify or Shopify Plus usually fits better.
We also connect the site to the systems that run the rest of the business: ERP, warehouse, CRM, payments and fulfilment. Nobody’s retyping orders, and the stock figures are right. For Reliant we built a custom integration with their nCompass ERP, which they now own rather than rent from their old agency.
Design & UX That Converts
The UX problems that cost you orders are usually small and specific: a size filter buried on a phone, a delivery charge that only appears at checkout, or a menu built around how you organise stock rather than how people shop.
We design from your session recordings and analytics rather than a mood board, and for the phone first because that’s where most of your customers are. Design and development sit in one team, so what you sign off is what goes live.
Hyvä theme development
Hyvä replaces Magento’s standard Luma frontend with a far lighter one. A Luma page loads over 200 JavaScript and CSS files, and Hyvä gets that down to two. We’re a Hyvä Silver Partner, and it’s the first thing we look at on any slow Magento or Adobe Commerce store.
We rebuilt Helmet City‘s frontend on Hyvä and took four seconds off the load time. Conversion went up 16% before we’d run a single test, and another 9% once the retained CRO got going.
You don’t need to rebuild the whole site to get there. We audit your extensions, keep the ones that work, and replace the ones without a Hyvä-compatible version.
CRO & Support After Launch
Launch is where the useful data starts. On a retainer we keep your platform patched, secure and connected to everything it talks to, and run conversion rate optimisation on the traffic you’re already paying for. That means a full CRO audit every three months and a plan for the quarter. We make one change at a time, so you can see what each one did.
You get the same team and a dedicated account manager, with a call every fortnight. You know the time and cost of a task before we start it, and we review every retainer each quarter, so you can scale up for a big project and back down afterwards.
£50k spent before they ever spoke to us
Robinsons have been selling luxury fashion since 1986, and their boutique in Bawtry runs on the kind of one-to-one service that keeps people coming back for years. Online was a different story. They’d put £50k into an Aero Commerce build that couldn’t reliably take a sale. We moved them to Shopify and stayed on for the CRO. Three weeks after launch they had more orders than they could keep up with, and revenue is now up 551%.
