Be My Bear is the original build-anywhere-bear kit who specialise in make-a-bear kits which allow children of all ages to make their own cuddly toy wherever they see fit. Their products are sold directly to both retail and wholesale customers.

After pushing CS-Cart to it’s limits Be My Bear needed to consolidate their B2B and B2C stores into one installation whilst addressing the slump in conversions and turnover.

They needed an ecommerce solution that would allow them to handle all orders and products in one deployment and sync in realtime with their OrderHive CRM, on top of this they wanted to keep their design but bring in tweaks to help engage their customers to increase sales.
