We’re one of the agencies on this list, so you’re right to read it with one eyebrow up. To keep it honest, every agency here comes from Hyvä’s own partner directory, and every location comes from the agency’s own website. Nobody paid to be on it, and we haven’t ranked anyone above anyone else.
As of October 2026 the directory lists 126 partners worldwide. Seventeen of them are based in the UK.

Within each tier they’re in alphabetical order, which is the only reason we’re first among the Silvers.
What the tiers mean
Hyvä sorts its partners into Platinum, Gold and Silver. The directory doesn’t spell out what earns each tier, but as a partner we know what goes into it: how many active Hyvä licences an agency has, how many of its Hyvä sites pass Google’s PageSpeed test, how many case studies and articles it publishes, and how many of its team are Hyvä-certified.
So a higher tier means more Hyvä work, and more of it in public. It doesn’t tell you whether an agency has built a site like yours, and a Silver agency that has is a better bet than a Platinum one that hasn’t.
Platinum partners
Foundation Commerce is in Weybridge and specialises in Magento and Hyvä. It’s one of only two UK agencies in Hyvä’s top tier.
ZERO-1 is in Buxton and has worked only on Magento since 2010. It calls itself a delivery agency rather than a development agency, with a focus on cutting the amount of one-off code a store carries.
Gold partners
Aware Digital is a Magento agency with offices in Stoke-on-Trent and Manchester, working with brands, retailers and wholesalers.
Develo is in Birmingham and has been building on Magento since 2010.
Dev Team is in Liverpool, with teams in the UK and the Philippines, and works with retailers, brands and B2B businesses.
Envisage Digital is in Bournemouth. It’s developer-owned and covers hosting and digital marketing alongside builds.
Fluid Commerce has offices in Manchester and London and works across B2C, B2B and D2C.
The Pixel is in Bristol. It’s an Adobe Gold Solution Partner, so it’s a natural fit if you run Adobe Commerce alongside other Adobe products.
Silver partners
Actuate is us, in Manchester. More on where we fit below.
Deploy is in Stoke-on-Trent and focuses on Magento support and eCommerce marketing.
On Tap has offices in London and Rye, East Sussex, and builds on Magento and Hyvä.
Pixie Commerce is in Newton Abbot, Devon, with a team of certified Adobe and Magento developers.
PushON has offices in Manchester and Edinburgh, and over 20 years on Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source.
Refined Commerce is in London and pitches itself as a lean, cost-effective alternative to a traditional agency.
Space 48 is headquartered in Manchester and works on Adobe Commerce, Shopify and BigCommerce.
Unified is in Richmond and works on Magento and Shopify.
Wind & Kite is in London and covers Magento builds, support, security and hosting.
International agencies with UK offices take UK work too. scandiweb, for one, is a Platinum partner with a London office, but its headquarters are in Riga, so it isn’t in the table.
How to choose between them
The directory tells you who’s a partner. It doesn’t tell you who’s right for your store, so ask every agency on your shortlist the same five things.
Show me three Hyvä sites you’ve launched. Then load them on your phone, on 4G, not on the office wifi. That’s how your customers will see your site too.
Will you audit our extensions before you quote? Anything that touches the frontend needs a Hyvä-compatible version, and that’s what decides the cost. A quote that arrives before anyone’s looked at your extensions is a guess (we’ve broken down what a Hyvä build costs and what moves the price).
Who writes the code? In-house, freelance, UK or offshore can all work. You just want to know before you sign, not when something breaks at 4pm on a Friday.
What happens after launch? A new frontend is the start of the conversion work, not the end of it. Ask who’s looking at your numbers in month three, and how often you’ll talk to them.
When would you tell us not to move? A good agency will tell you if staying on Luma makes more sense for now. If nobody on your shortlist has an answer, read Hyvä vs Luma before you sign anything.
Where we fit
We’re a small senior team in Manchester, and we’re Silver, so if you want an agency Hyvä rates in its top tier, start with the two Platinum partners above.
What we do differently is the order. We start with speed and the frontend, because that’s where conversion moves first, and then keep going on a CRO retainer. When we rebuilt Reliant’s frontend on Hyvä, conversion went up 78% and turnover 141%, and within months they were hiring a merchandiser and an SEO manager to keep up.
New Hyvä sites with us start at £46,000 + VAT. Our Hyvä page covers how we run them.
Which of those five questions would your current agency struggle with?
